Six kilometers of horseback riding along the banks of the Maipo River along an interpretive trail rich in native flora and fauna.

During the guided tour we take breaks and take time for photo hunting, we are not watching the clock, we are focused on making you enjoy an unforgettable experience.

If you are a bit lucky, you will enjoy the sighting of coypus, herons and ducks, outstanding representatives of the rich river fauna. The wild flora is also very diverse and characteristic of the central zone, we find species such as maqui, rosehip, chilca … In addition to the willows, poplars and acacias that protect us from the sun during the tour. The Mediterranean climate is perfect for the biodiversity present in the area and the river is home to trout and pejereyes.

If you dare and your adventurous spirit accompanies you, we also encourage you to cross the Maipo River….. That is to say, we changed scenery from that moment on and entered the hills of the Cantillana Range, the number one priority site for biodiversity conservation in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago.

The icing on the cake is the delicious country barbecue that is waiting for you at the Parador del vino in Isla de Maipo.

Itinerary:

10.00 Welcome at Isla de Maipo Wine Parador

10:15 a.m. Beginning of the horseback ride along the banks of the Maipo River.

13.00 Return to Isla de Maipo Wine Parador

Asado campestre: salad, pebre, pork loin, pork pulp, chicken and choripan.

15.30 Extensive tasting of two Reserva wines in the Cantina Fantástica at Robba Rossi Winery.
